Letter stating that he could not attend the invitation because of the dictionary of 'Karsiliklar' he continued to prepare with the order of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, (1881-1938). It seems that he was in Dolmabahçe Palace with Atatürk. Letterhead 'Türk Dili Tetkik Cemiyeti Nesriyat Kolu' [i.e. Turkish Language Research Society Publication Branch]. Dated 14.9.1933. Adressed to Musiki Muallim Mektebi Müdürlügü. Dilmen was a Turkish philologist and literary historian. He has made great contributions and service to the Turkish language through the Turkish Language Association.

One of 'Öymen family' of Turkey. Sent to Prof. Brinkmann due to 55th Sociology Congress held in Istanbul in 1952. Carl Brinkmann, (1885-1954), was a German sociologist and economist, focusing on socioeconomics and the history of political economy.
