Dust jacket not price clipped or torn or creased with very slight traces of storage. 168pp. Manchester was where the atom was split, the computer was developed, the first passenger railway station was built and where Mr Rolls met Mr Royce. This book is a unique ovation for Manchester in stunning photographs previously unseen, a record of how by 1993 it came to be the city leading Britain towards the twenty-first century.
