189026879Cincinnati: The Bloch Publishing and Printing Co. Good with no dust jacket. 1890. Sixth Edition. Hardcover. I can tell the spine strip has been glued down. The covers have paper stuck to them as with so many cookbooks of the period. The publishers evidently did not realize that over time their "kitchen proof" coating would stick to anything the book was left against. While the binding has it's problems the actual content the text block is actually very good. A useable book it just doesn't look so great. Well it was printed cheaply and it 130 years old. Certainly as-is. ; 12mo 7" - 7½" tall; 495 pages . The Bloch Publishing and Printing Co. hardcover
