He convinces the drug dealer Lithgow to have a girl Hershey he met in San Francisco bring another shipment so he can see her again. The girl gets busted but only for half of the shipment as the other half is taken by a corrupt cop Charles Durning. They attempt to steal back the stolen half but in doing so accidentally steal an additional $80000 in heroin.
