This edition followed earlier ones by John Murray London 1857 and Harper and Brothers New York 1858. --- Bound in brown cloth-covered boards with cover decorations in blind; spine titling in gilt. Lacks a dust jacket. --- The cloth has faded and has a 3/4 inch tear to back cover spine titling is somewhat dulled.
