Princess Hélène was born while her parents were still in exile in Belgium the law of 1886 that excluded them being not repealed till 1950. The couple were married at Louveciennes civil ceremony on the 16th and at Dreux religious on the 17th January 1957. The Comtesse de Paris is the eldest daughter of Dom Pedro last claimant to the Imperial throne of Brazil. unknown
