Provenance : de la bibliothèque de l'abbé Joseph Dubaquié, qui fut directeur de la station oenologique de Bordeaux de 1923 à 1948, où il succéda à son maître Ulysse Gayon qui, en 1881, sur les suggestions de Pasteur, de Paul Bert, de Jean-Baptiste Dumas et de Berthelot avait monté cette station oenologique pour étudier la fermentation des vins.
