311 pages. The key to real estate sales is language... using the right word at the right time. In any listing encounter it's not what you know that counts... it's what you can think of at the moment, and this book tells you wha to say and when to say it. You'll learn: how to present offers; how to control the sales interview without being pushy; effective qualifying; how to make better listing presentations; what questions to ask and why not asking them could cost you a fortune; how to make an effective pricing presentation and deal with pricing objections; how to overcome objections and indecision and get to the closing; how to find good listing prospects.
