The photographer Chuck Koosman first visited the Whale in 2001. David Ledie has fished the river for 18 years and chronicles the history of the camp and the changes in the salmon runs over the decades noting that the numbers of fish seen and caught came back dramatically when the Greenland and Newfoundland commercial salmon fisheries were bought out. <br /> <br /> A beautiful production.
