Paramahansa Yogananda dedicated <em>Autobiography of a Yogi</em> to the memory of Luther Burbank "An American Saint." When he visited Burbank in the 1920s at his home in Santa Rosa California the "saint amid the roses" gave him an autographed photo and copy of this small volume which the guru read that night "with intense interest." When Yoganandaji founded his East-West magazine Luther Burbank contributed the article "Science and Civilization" to the first issue.</p> The Century Co. hardcover
