Otherwise nicely intact interior though evidently slightly trimmed. Graded as Good-VG due less to defects than to rebound/trimmed status. Exceptionally scarce early guide in fact one of the earliest promotional publications that led to the emergence of Niagara Falls as the premiere natural tourist attraction it later became. J.
