Interessanti sono le regole alimentari applicate alla vecchiaia, alle donne, ai fanciulli, agli uomini agricoltori e soldati, agli artisti sedentari, alle donne oziose, ai letterati. Cfr. Wellcome,III, p. 547 cita la prima ediz. italiana, Napoli, 1782 ed una di Venezia, Storti, 1787 - Blake, p. 277 - Westbury, pp. 135-136: “The first edition of this work was in French and published in France in 1754”.
