Petersilea was born in Boston and spent most of his life there. In 1892 he moved to California where he and his wife built a home at Tropico near Los Angeles. Ex-library church copy with normal markings and attachments - no outer sticker. Text is clean pages are no longer white but have aged accordingly with time. Binding is tight and solid - just need to be careful when opening. This volume covers years from 1712 - 1723 in Friedrich's life. Cover is highly decorated including spine area all lettering is very sharp. Wear seen in spine head and tail areas and to corners. On the front cover a slim line of gray has attached itself to cover edge - perhaps another book was stuck to it for a period of time.
