Front cover title "word works stew" in black with portions of other stenciled words in black. Inside rear bound in wrapper is the torn remnant of what appears to be a parchment sheet perhaps used in the process adhering the binding. Originally issued as a portfolio of loose sheets. The series of exhibitions investigating the word in art started with Word Works at Mount San Antonio College in Walnut California in 1974 culminating with a focus on dimensional aspects of Word Art with Word Works Two. .
