Uniformly bound except for the publisher name on spine. Vol. 1 has T. N. Foulis printed at foot of spine. Of the second edition making two thousand copies this is No. 228". xiv 384 pages plus 12 pages publisher's ads. The title page has 1910 as the date. Vol. 2 has "Macmillan" printed at foot of spine and the copyright page states it is a second edition numbered 2019 of 1000 copies sic. The title page is dated 1913. xix 1 432 pages. These two volumes are from: The Complete Works of Friedrich Nietzsche Edited by Oscar Levy. Some browning on endpapers spines slightly darkened light wear at cover edges.
