Many empty pages left as "Memorandum" to be filled with notes. This now rare book is full of interesting recipes and tips. It features typical Brazilian dishes such as broinhas, Bahia patties or cheese tartlets as well as English or even French dishes. Apresenta pratos típicos brasileiros como broinhas, empanadas baianas ou tortinhas de queijo, além de pratos ingleses ou mesmo franceses. Embora nenhuma foto esteja incluída, isso deve dar muita inspiração na hora de cozinhar!
