The author describes different food from dietetical and nutritional point of view providing suggestions in cooking (meat, eggs, cheese, bread, mushrooms, fats, vegetables and fruit, coffee, tea, chocolate, aromatic herbs and drugs, salt, falsification of food, poisons ecc...).
