The organization's founding President was Elwood Evans and Vice- President tas Edward Eldridge. The initial by-laws established five standing committees: Ways and Means Publications Library Memorials and Building. Annual dues were two dollars. Smith 4315. Without its issued dust jacket. 1141 pages including an index bibliography chronology text and illustrated with maps and images from black and white photographs throughout. With both of the two multi-colored maps in the rear pocket both of which are in near fine condition.
