Brustbild im ¾-Profil. - Karl Ziegler wirkte 1918 in der Uraufführung von Franz Schrekers Oper "Die Gezeichneten" in der Partie des Alviano mit und war von 1919 bis 22 Mitglied der Wiener Staatsoper, an der er bis 1937 gastierte. In den dreißiger Jahren wurde er durch seine Auftritte im Österreichischen Rundfunk und vor allem als Operettensänger bekannt.

Musical Score : Printed music : Marches 1 score 3 pages. RARE. Early example of sheet music used for advertising and a great piece of beer brewing history. Red black and white lithographic cover art with two black and white photos of The Goebel Brewing Company printed rear cover. The Company brewed in Detroit from 1873 to 1964 other than during Prohibition and its beer was sold until 2005. Born in 1839 in Prussia August Goebel Sr. fought at Bull Run and rose through the ranks to become Colonel by the end of the war. He died in 1905. OCLC locates only the Library of Michigan with a copy although online search locates a copy at the Detroit Historical Society. Organist and composer Heinrich Christoph Zeuner 1795-1857 was born in Saxony but spent most of his career in Boston where he was associated with the Handel and Haydn Society from 1830 to 1837 and then Philadelphia where he was organist first at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church and later at Arch Street Presbyterian Church. Extremely scarce. In Good Condition: wrappers are lightly soiled and separating along the spines; old dampstaining in Part I primarily along upper edge of pages and in Part II along gutter; a few pencil marks in margins; otherwise clean and solid. Carton un peu brillant et dos carton brut, Cela semble avoir été coupé dans un carton plus grand au ciseaux. Carl Zerrahn était un flûtiste et chef d'orchestre américain d'origine allemande. Son activité répandue dans la région fait de lui une figure influente de la musique classique de la Nouvelle-Angleterre et de Boston, en particulier la musique chorale, dans la seconde moitié du XIXe siècle. La biografia della grande cantante lirica Virginia Colombati (1863-1956), dai palcoscenici della natìa Pergola alle importanti tournée in Finlandia, sul Mar Nero e sul Mediterraneo, nei grandi teatri russi come quello imperiale di San Pietroburgo, dal Covent Garden di Londra al Metropolitan di New York, nei maggiori centri italiani ed europei della musica. Il volume svela particolari inediti della sua carriera con risvolti interessanti anche nella storia di alcuni teatri lirici oggi non più esistenti, facendo riscoprire al lettore la storia di una donna straordinaria. Ma è la sua eredità, il suo insistere sui valori del belcanto, che fa la differenza con altre cantanti coeve, oltre alla singolarità della sua figura di donna che visse sempre di musica, anche negli ultimi anni, trascorsi in ristrettezze nelle Marche presso parenti, amici e benefattori, su cui sono state raccolte le ultime superstiti testimonianze.
