In the rare dustwrapper priced 6/- net to the inside flap which is in bright and clean near fine condition with NO BROWNING to the spine and scarce thus. Elizabeth David the most celebrated English food writer of the 20th century praised Boulestin in her books and adopted many of his precepts.
