As the Tanta Marie cooking school was the first school in the UK to offer a Cordon Bleu Diploma and we know Child read studied and practiced from existing French cookery books voraciously we must assume that the Tante Marie books would have been early influences for Child in Paris.<br /> <br /> This edition bound in original white cloth with blue title-stamping to spine.
