Elegantemente incisa, la veduta riporta 52 edifici identificati nella legenda, tra cui lo Swan e il Globe, sia in Latino sia in tedesco. Lo stemma della città è collocato in posizione dominante, circondato da vessilli e mercanzie.” Disegnata da Friedrich Berhard Werner, incisa da Johann Georg Ringle e pubblicata da Martin Engelbrecht (1684 - 1756). Die biedermeierliche Illustration von Hoffmanns Werk ist mit dem Namen Theodor Hosemanns eng verbunden und durch ihn entscheidend geprägt. Seine aus diesem Geiste entstandenen, aber auch über ihn hinauswachsenden Federzeichnungen sind gleichsam zum Bestandteil von des Dichters Werk geworden und gelten allgemein als die beste illustrative Leistung des Künstlers. Durchgängig stockfleckig und in Band 1 hat ein früherer Vorbesitzer vorne ein 4seitiges handschriftliches Inhaltsverzeichnis der Ausgabe mit Papierstreifen montiert. Band 3 mit kleinem geflicktem Einriß auf dem Lederrücken, insgesamt handelt es sich jedoch um ein gut erhaltenes Exemplar der ersten, von Hosemann illustrierten Werkausgabe mit nur leichten Gebrauchsspuren. 1828000178Berlin, Reimer, 1828. CXXXIX, 336; 340; 364 S. Dekorative Halblederbände von ca. 1910 mit schmuckpapierbezogenen Deckeln und goldgeprägten Leder-Rückenschildchen. Diese erste Werkausgabe erschien 36 Jahre nach dem Tod des Dichters, der zu dieser Zeit praktisch vergessen war. Sie enthält eine 140seitige Einleitung Tiecks und zahlreiche Erstdrucke nach Lenzens Handschriften. Klingers Drama "Das leidende Weib" wurde von Tieck irrtümlich mit aufgenommen. Der Nachlaß des 1792 in Moskau verstorbenen Dichters, nach Goethes Urteil die größte dichterische Begabung des Sturm und Drang, war Tieck von Lenzens Freunden zugespielt worden. Doch hat Tieck die Edition auffallend lange hinausgezögert, wohl mit Rücksicht auf die Gefühle Goethes, in dessen Gegenwart Lenz seit seiner bis heute rätselhaften "Eselei" und der Ausweisung aus Weimar 1776 nicht genannt werden durfte. Der Rücken von Band 3 mit Wasserfleck und die Einbände an den Deckelkanten und den Ledereckchen gering berieben, sonst schönes, gut erhaltenes Exemplar mit nur leichten Gebrauchsspuren. Carta geografica raffigurante il continente europeo in cui si trovano indicati i monasteri dell'ordine dei Cappuccini. Una decorativa cornice a motivo floreale corre lungo tutto il margine graduato. Nell'angolo in alto a sinistra, in ampio e decorativo cartiglio, si trova iscritto il titolo in cui si specifica che l'opera è stata egeguita "super novissimas Orbium celestium observationes". L'incisione si trova inserita nell'opera "Chorographica descriptio provinciarum et conventuum..." curata dal ministro provinciale di Milano Giovanni Battista da Cassine, su espressa richiesta del Ministro Generale Agostino da Latisana, pubblicata nel capoluogo lombardo nel 1712. Le tavole che illustrano l'opera furono nuovamente incise con un disegno generale e coordinate geografiche del tutto differenti dalle precedenti edizioni. Gli incisori delle carte di questa edizione furono Simone Durello ed il padre cappuccino Michelangelo de Dinant. L'esemplare presenta margini, superiore ed inferiore, ridotti. Pieghe editoriali con alcuni piccoli restauri professionalmente eseguiti.

Auflage von 1856 um 30 Gedichte erweiterte Auflage, deren Text allen Ausgaben seither zugrundeliegt. Ende 1868 verkaufte Cotta seine Mörike-Bestände an den Verleger Grüninger, der seine Restbestände zum 1.1.1871 wiederum an Göschen weiterverkaufte, so daß auch später ausgelieferte Exemplare des Buches mit der Angabe "Göschen 1867" vorkommen. Die kleine, gegenüber dem Titelblatt montierte Fotografie (ca.5 x 3,8 cm) über dem gedrucktem, handschriftlichem Namenszug des Dichters. Der Rücken leicht verblaßt. Das Vorsatzpapier mit kleinem Besitzvermerk in Kugelschreiber und durchgängig etwas stockfleckig, insgesamt handelt es sich jedoch um ein ordentliches, wohlerhaltenes Exemplar.

Questa carta generale dell'Italia si basa, come indicato nel cartiglio con il titolo, sul lavoro di Giacomo Gastaldi, in particolare su Il disegno della geografia moderna de tutta la provincia de la Italia, pubblicata dal Gastaldi nel 1561.Rispetto al modello, Ortelius inserì degli elementi decorativi; anch'essi però non sono originali, ma ricavati dalle raccolte di ornamentazioni e cartigli a stampa di Hans Vriedeman De Vries (da cui sono tratti il cartiglio del titolo e la sfinge seduta sulla scala grafica di questa carta), di Frans Floris e di Benedetto Battini, tutte pubblicate ad Anversa tra il 1550 ed il 1560 circa.Esemplare tratto dall'edizione latina del 1592 del Theatrum Orbis Terrarum, che è considerato il primo vero “atlante” moderno. L’opera fu pubblicata in 7 lingue e 36 edizioni, per il quale – nel 1570 - Ortelius ottenne il privilegio, ovvero una sorta di diritto d'autore che impediva ad altri cartografi di pubblicare i propri lavori. Il Theatrum rappresentava il lavoro più avanzato del lavoro della descrizione cartografica. L’Ortelius vi raccolse il sapere geografico e cartografico del suo tempo, proponendo in 147 spettacolari tavole incise l’immagine più fedele del mondo allora conosciuto e, in alcune straordinarie “carte storiche”, regioni e itinerari tratti dalla letteratura, dalla mitologia, dalla tradizione. Ortelius fu anche il primo a citare le fonti, menzionando i nomi dei cartografi nel “catalogus auctorum”. Der Verfasser beurteilt die Änderungsmöglichkeiten der deutschen Verhältnisse sehr pessimistisch und gibt hier eine einzigartige Dokumentation der Entwicklung der politischen Publizistik der 1790er Jahre, die er selbst so entscheidend mitbestimmt hatte. Der Vorderumschlag mit kleinem, blindgeprägtem Wappen und ca. 30 Seiten des Textes mit geringen, sauberen Unterstreichungen in rotem Buntstift, insgesamt handelt es sich jedoch um ein ordentliches, gut erhaltenes Exemplar mit nur leichten Gebrauchsspuren.
