Small hole and several short closed tears else a very good copy of an ephemeral piece. very good At head: "Dominion of Canada". The proposed railway from Levis Quebec to Kennebec Maine was to connect with a railway under construction from Lexington Maine to Kennebec. The president of the company was the Hon. J. G. Blanchet - Speaker Legislative Assembly the Vice President the Hon. Thomas McGreevy M.P. and directors included the Mayor of Quebec P. Garneau and J.
